Beginning January 1, 2023, OHP orthodontics is a covered benefit for those who qualify.

Check with your Dental Care Organization (DCO)
The best thing to do is check with your Dental Care Organization (DCO) to see what their requirements are. Each DCO has a different process. We are contracted with Advantage Dental, Capitol Dental Care, Cascade Health Alliance (CHA), Oregon Dental Services (ODS), and Oregon Health Authority (OHA/Open Card).
Complete new patient forms
Once you have confirmed with your DCO that we are a contracted provider, please complete all 4 new patient forms (see below). You must complete all 4 forms before an appointment will be scheduled. You will be directed to the necessary forms upon completion of the first form.
orthodontic exam
At the time of the exam. we will take orthodontic records as required by your DCO. After X-rays and photos have been uploaded, your child's case will be submitted to their DCO. The DCO will either or approve or deny. If approved, the DCO will inform us and we can begin orthodontic treatment.
